Do you want to be work as part of a continental European customer service team that is focussed on supporting our customers?
Are you excited by the opportunity to ensure that 300 of our own retail stores, 2500 independent trade account customers and 500,000 hobbyists across all of Europe receive great customer service?
We are looking for fluent French speakers (must also speak English) who, when faced with a customer issue are able to appropriately resolve the issue. The key element of the role will be to resolve all customer queries as efficiently and effectively as possible. In addition you will be expected to play a key role in contributing effectively to improving the efficiency of all customer support systems and processes.
What makes this job difficult is that you will be expected to consistently deliver high levels of customer service at all times no matter how demanding the workload.
