Do you want to solve IT technical issues in a fast paced and changing Retail environment?
Are you excited by removing obstacles enabling people to do their jobs effectively?
You will be responsible for fixing first and second line Retail IT issues by providing a timely resolution within agreed service levels. You will take pride in resolving issues promptly whilst remaining calm and professional. The role will be working as part of a larger team, which provides IT support to our retail stores based within the UK and Europe. You will be responsible for resolving hardware and software issues. You will need to have a proven track record in supporting and managing Microsoft Windows desktop environments.
We know what makes this job hard is to ensure that you are always managing the expectations of internal customers whilst ensuring you deliver the best service possible.
This position is fixed term for 6 months.
