Warhammer World is Games Workshops dedicated visitors’ centre showcasing the glory of Citadel Miniatures and the worlds of Warhammer.
The Warhammer World Visitor Centre is home to our biggest retail offer globally – The Warhammer World, Forgeworld and Black Library stores, creating a truly unique retail experience for our customers.
Do you want to help increase the sales of the Warhammer World retail stores? Are you excited by both having to deliver exceptional customer service personally, as well as supervise other staff to do the same and actively resolve day to day issues in the store?
As well as being expected to take every opportunity to engage with every customer you will also engage with all the staff to help them improve their performance. In addition you will be making decisions to help ensure the smooth running of the store.
We know what makes this job hard is being able to consistently maintain the highest standards of customer service with every customer, as well as inspiring confidence in other staff and getting done what needs to be done.
