German Commercial Negotiator (m/w): Deutschland

About the job

Do you want to be responsible for growing sales with key national retailers by finding and negotiating with new and existing business partners to stock GW products across Germany, Austria and Switzerland?

Are you excited by breaking open new business opportunities, negotiating deals and growing GW business and brand in the largest economy in Europe?

Is influencing and negotiating with major businesses to hit targets, interesting to you?

In this role as you will be:

  • Identifying and establishing relationships with key businesses across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
  • Negotiating with key businesses across the retail sector in these 3 countries
  • Building GW’s business with national retailers, growing GW’s brand and sales in line with our business strategy, both now and for the future
  • Working with your sales, marketing, production and supply colleagues to get all this done
  • Frequently travelling to the company’s HQ in the UK

We know that negotiating with big business, ensuring that the best deals to secure success today and build for the future, and being willing to walk away at the key point of a deal is the real challenge in this job. Success in this job relies on being able to influence others, identifying the best deals, and being firm whilst staying focused on the goal is the key to achieving success. Doing this consistently is tough, and only those people who enjoy this kind of challenge will be successful.
