Retail Property and Safety Manager: Continental Europe

About the Job

Do you want to lead a small, international team of enthusiastic and dedicated people to optimise profit and take the right decisions regarding property, maintenance as well as Health and Safety (H&S)?

Are you excited to take over accountability for preparing and delivering a property maintenance and expansion plan in  Europe, ensuring that all 150 stores are compliant with H&S regulations at all times?

The core responsibility of you and your team will be to support Games Workshop Retail territories by ensuring all stores are functional, safe and looking their best by efficiently managing the existing store portfolio and by opening a lot of new exciting locations throughout Continental Europe.

We know it is hard to always be on top of things when taking care of 150 stores, dealing with H&S compliance regulations across whole Europe and travelling two thirds of your working time. We also know that the right person will relish achieving goals with their team.

Other Essential Information

Language skills: In order to be successful in this position you must be able to communicate fluently in English and German as well as have a good level of French.

Required experience: more than 2 years of experience in managing projects on international level, Health & Safety background, proven people management skills.

Location: You will be based in our office in Düsseldorf with travel constituting about two thirds of your working time.
