About the Job

Do you want to help produce the best plastic fantasy miniatures in the world in a fast paced production environment? Are you relentless in doing what needs to be done, day in day out? Are you thorough enough to make sure the job is done properly, down to the last detail?

We’re looking for someone to ensure that the plastic miniatures and components we produce are packed and stored correctly, ready to be turned in to finished products. You’ll need to always be in the right place at the right time to make sure all the products are packed away correctly without getting damaged. You’ll need to work well in a team, understanding the impact of your actions on people as well as processes. Your ability to stay positive and have productive conversations with appropriate people will be integral to your success. To be really successful you’ll need to make sure you are always calm and effective at all times.

You will be part of the team responsible for the mass production of the best plastic fantasy miniatures in the world.

Packing all the plastic miniatures and components to the agreed standard will form the majority of your working day. You’ll be keeping the team up to date on the status of production helping others to be in the right place at the right time. You’ll also help with other basic operations in the cell to make sure everything is made on time t to the highest standard. All staff are asked to always look at how we can improve the thing we do and this job is no exception. You will engage with the continuous improvement process, actively contributing suggestions and helping to implement solutions. Doing all of this in a safe environment is essential – ensuring that all best practice and Health and Safety policies are adhered to is your responsibility.

Working hours: This is a weekend only shift, working a rotating shift of one weekend Friday (8 hours), Saturday (12 hours) and Sunday (12 hours) and one weekend Saturday (12 hours), Sunday (12 hours) and Monday (8 hours). Also alternating between one weekend day shift and one weekend night shift.
