We’re looking for someone that is passionate about plastic injection moulding to the very highest quality. Your inquisitive nature will drive you to constantly improve quality and efficiency. Developing, setting and reviewing best practice for the department will form a key part of your job. Your desire to teach others means you’ll take each and every opportunity to share your knowledge in the right way. You’ll do all of this everyday, whilst remaining calm and consistent – the embodiment of what is expected from the Injection Moulding team.
You’ll work as a key part of the Injection Moulding department, using your in-depth knowledge of Injection Moulding to coach and develop the knowledge and skills of the Injection Moulding staff, whilst ensuring that the planned production is delivered on time in the most efficient way. You will actively engage with continuous improvement sessions, contributing suggestions and making them happen to add value. Doing all of this in a safe environment is essential – ensuring that all best practive and Health and Safety policies are adhered to is your responsibility.
We know what makes this job difficult is to making sure staff are developing their knowledge, improving quality all whilst delivering the required work to the agreed plan.
You will be a key person in the team responsible for the mass production of the best plastic fantasy miniatures in the world.

Working hours: This is a weekend only shift, working a rotating shift of one weekend Friday (8 hours), Saturday (12 hours) and Sunday (12 hours) and one weekend Saturday (12 hours), Sunday (12 hours) and Monday (8 hours). Also alternating between one weekend day shift and one weekend night shift.
