About the Job

Do you want to help deliver the best plastic, fantasy miniatures in the world in a fast-paced distribution environment, being relentless in doing what needs to be done, day in, day out?

Are you excited by being thorough enough to make sure the job is done properly, down to the last detail?  Are you excited by quickly adapting to the needs of the job, responding positively to change whilst working well as part of the dispatch team?

You will need to be able to help in the European Distribution Centre to ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in full.  Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders to the agreed standard will form the vast majority of your working day. All staff are asked to always look at how we can improve the things we do and this job is no exception. You will engage with the continuous improvement process, actively contributing suggestions and helping to implement solutions. Doing all of this in a safe environment is essential – ensuring that all best practice and Health and Safety policies are adhered to is your responsibility.

We know what makes this job hard is the relentless nature of the work whilst remaining calm and effective at all times – there is always something else that will need to be delivered to our customers.
