North American Trade Sales Manager: Memphis TN

Games Workshop has been designing and manufacturing the world’s finest Toy Soldiers for over 40 years. We are now looking for a Trade Manager to lead our North American Trade Sales Team in Memphis, TN.

Do you want to be responsible for growing sales by running a sales office which is tasked with finding new people and places to stock our line of products across the USA and Canada?

Are you excited by helping managers and staff to hit their goals, choosing and developing the right people to grow our business and fighting through obstacles to achieve targets?

Is influencing people, and managing teams to hit targets, interesting to you?

In this role as you will be:

  • Managing a US based sales team of over 35 people, to grow Games Workshop’s B2B business now and in the future
  • Working collaboratively with other areas of the business to ensure objectives are met
  • Identifying opportunities to generate new business with key business partners
  • Developing people managers to ensure teams progress and targets are hit

We know that ensuring that sales teams are managed to consistently hit sales targets across a multitude of territories, both now and in the future, is the real challenge in this job. Success in this job relies on staying focused on the goal, staying firm to the aim of company, and influencing and managing a vast array of individuals to achieve success. Doing this consistently is tough, and only those people who enjoy this kind of challenge will be successful.
