Operations Manager (Book & Box Games): Nottingham, UK

About this Job

Do you want to lead and manage the support team who ensure that all our amazing Books and Box Games are produced efficiently and on time? Do you want to help shape the systems and processes of the Design Studio to make sure we maximize every minute of every day?

Are you excited about looking for opportunities to make a complex and busy design studio more effective and more efficient? Working with the creative managers, you will create, maintain and deliver the operational programme from the New Release Plan driving change (in both directions) when necessary.

You will be responsible for supporting the entire studio to deliver its commitments while continuously improving our processes to ensure the studio is always producing more and better product. You will also be responsible for managing a team of studio support functions including scheduling, spec sheet creation and translation.

We know what makes this job hard is staying objective when presented with exciting product opportunities on a daily basis. Staying focused on the facts, rather than the possibilities is key.
