Do you want to be part of a production team that make silicone moulds?
Are you excited by working in a factory environment where speed, quality and right first time production is paramount?
You will be responsible for producing silicone moulds, efficiently, to the agreed quality standards. The role will entail tasks such as
- Setting up high volumes of production moulds
- Mixing and pouring silicones
- Accurately cutting silicone moulds with scalpels
- Supporting other team members to make production moulds
Being the best is important but staying the best is vital and therefore it will require you to continuously improve production processes and efficiency through actively contributing suggestions and helping to implement solutions whilst being committed to improving yourself.
Doing all of this in a safe environment is essential – and so it will be your responsibility to ensure that all best practice and Health and Safety policies are adhered to.
We know what makes this job hard is to consistently achieve high volume and high quality standards on time no matter what.
The aim of this role is become a skilled mould maker within an 8 to 12 months training timeframe.
Because this is a trainee role previous experience is not required.
This is not a design role, it is a manufacturing role.

Closing date: Applications must be received by midnight, UK time, on Sunday, 7th January 2018. This is a rolling application date as we have a number of vacancies to fill and as a result applicants may be selected to fill the vacancies during the application period.
Working hours: We have 2 shifts available working Monday-Friday: early shift 06:00-14:00 (13:00 on Friday) or afternoon shift (14:00-22:00 (13:00-20:00 on Friday). Please note, those working the afternoon shift will be required to complete a training period which will take place on the early shift.
