Do you want to take the lead in ensuring that the warehouse inventory integrity, picking, packing, and shipping efficiencies are controlled such that your team is providing the utmost level of service to Games Workshop internal as well as external customers?
Do you want to champion a continuous improvement process thus providing a safe, efficient, and cost-effective workplace?
Reporting directly to the warehouse manager you will also be responsible for building productive working relationships with other departmental managers, setting goals for your team, keeping score, and taking appropriate action.
We know that it is difficult to consistently and successfully monitor daily picking, packing, and shipping efficiencies, and we know the right person will find these challenges appealing.
