About the Job
Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Lead to join the Black Library sales team to coordinate and support a range of sales channels within Black Library.
Proactive and resilient in your approach, this is a fast paced role where we’ll see you proactively identify opportunities to develop new sales channels, while optimising existing ones. We’ll look to you to contribute to Black Library range management across all relevant channels, as you’ll ensure Black Library has the right products, in the right place, at the right time to deliver continued commercial success.
Assertive and a confident communicator, you will be experienced in tailoring your communication style to suit a range of audiences as you’ll be responsible for contract negotiations, sales presentations, as well as navigating conversations with international partners. You’ll actively manage relationships with specific external partners for Black Library-owned products, as well as licensing partners.
Meticulous and thorough, you’ll consistently make sure the job is done properly and down to every detail. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining a global network for contacts, internally and externally, to ensure Black Library can successfully meet its sales goals. With an eye for the details, we’ll see you assist with reporting requests, including data and analysis and sales insights, to ensure all sales opportunities are maximised.
Accountable and working with honesty, you’ll understand the impact of your role and will continuously look for ways you can add value to the business and ensure all tasks are completed and goals are delivered. You’ll be responsible for leading sales promotions on all platforms and supporting the marketing of Black Library products. We’ll look to you to build key working relationships across the business to ensure you’re informed on broader business developments and to understand the opportunities they may present to Black Library.
