About the Job
Games Workshop is looking for a Cashbook Banking Coordinator on a 9-month contract who can flourish in a business that requires effective communication and trustworthiness as you take ownership of updating all bank mandates across numerous banks across multiple countries.
This role is all about trust and honesty, where every interaction matters and you work collaboratively to always do the right thing for our business.
Being someone who thrives in an environment where accuracy is key, we are looking for someone passionate about delivering an efficient and effective service as you liaise with third party bank and card providers globally. You will be a problem solver with a can-do attitude as you will need to research and recommend solutions that provide the banks with all the correct information to ensure bank mandates and signatories are updated. Conducting regular reviews and maintaining appropriate access to Games Workshop bank accounts to ensure correct user access and permissions is pivotal in ensuring the safety of our banking procedures.
Ensuring that we maintain the highest standards in our operations, we are looking for someone who will choose to use their elevated skills in customer service and communication to pick up the phone to ensure we get to the bottom of issues with our banking organisations, rather than always resorting to emails.
To guarantee project goals are met, you should ideally have banking experience, excellent administrative abilities, and a resolute dedication to meeting tight deadlines.
If you are enthusiastic, methodical, and take pride in ensuring all records and banking compliance are accurate, this could be the role for you.

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.
In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and option to join our Share Save scheme. Oh and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
