About the Job
Do you want to manage the Citadel Resin Production department that produces the best Resin Fantasy miniatures in the world?
Are you excited by building great teams and robust processes, continually supporting and improving them to ensure all future challenges are met?
You will be responsible for managing a team that produce Games Workshop’s Citadel Resin miniatures that are delivered on time to the highest quality – using our bespoke Resin Delivery machine to run in-house produced silicone moulds.
Whilst we understand that there are challenges involved in producing defect free, complex miniatures within a fast paced production environment, your previous management experience should support you in achieving these requirements. You will need to be the type of person who has a thirst and desire to accept nothing less than the best, while at the same time delivering the required Health & Safety Standards and championing Continuous Improvement activities amongst your team.
Producing the best fantasy miniatures in the world requires nothing less than the highest of quality controls and the ability to manage these challenges through tough decision making and conversations where called upon.
