Our store managers provide exciting and engaging hobby activities to all our customers and help them to enjoy the worlds of Warhammer. Can you lead everyone who enters the store to a memorable and positive customer experience?
The successful candidate will be responsible for making decisions to sustainably grow the store. We will provide you with guidelines, tailored training and access to a wide variety of support to allow you to do this effectively.

All our Warhammer staff receive tailored training and ongoing support from our Retail Training Team, with extra resources dedicated to new managers.

Other Essential Information
Warhammer Braunschweig is a single staff store. You will need to be independent, open to feedback and coaching from your trainer.
The cover contract will be terminated with 2 weeks’ notice once we know when the store manager will return to work.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: In order to provide a great service to our customers, fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory. On top of this a good level in English (both spoken and written) is desirable to ensure good communication throughout the company.
Please note, the successful applicant will be required to undergo a criminal records check once an offer of employment is accepted.
