Are you excited about writing copy that engages, informs and inspires while highlighting the features and benefits of the Warhammer hobby in a variety of styles? Do you want to teach people about Warhammer, creating an exciting and memorable experience that will excite a new generation to become hobbyists?

We’re looking to grow our pool, of writers to help us reach as many new, existing and potential fans as possible.

Reporting to the Managing Editor, you’ll be creating great content both online and in print, that promotes the worlds of Warhammer, the Games Workshop brand and IP.

You will draft documents, review the work of your peers with an eye towards continuous improvement, while liaising and coordinating extensively with other departments, external contributors and hobbyists, to complete tasks from a complex marketing schedule to the highest standards of quality.


What will you be writing?

You will produce top-quality copy for all of our business needs including blogs, newsletters, printed promotional material, product descriptions, website copy, video scripts, event packs, internal communications, social media posts, gaming tactica, press releases, outreach content for Warhammer Alliance and Scouts, and more.

You will write in a variety of voices and tones appropriate for hobbyists old and new, always ensuring your copy is exciting, accurate and motivating. 


About You

You’ll need experience of writing marketing or magazine copy, ideally in the Education and/or Journalism fields, and a bottomless well of inspiration and self-motivation. Knowledge of the Warhammer hobby and proven experience of writing in a wide variety of media and styles will also be beneficial.
