About the Job

Do you want to be responsible for all of Games Workshops email marketing? Can you use market research and analysis to direct email marketing strategy and planning? Do you have the keen eye to oversee the production of exceptional promotional materials and marketing campaigns and then report the results to senior managers? If so, read on.

As the Email Marketing Manager one of your key responsibilities is to manage a team of email marketing professionals in line with KPI’s and drive sales volume growth for our business by devising, executing and optimising a plan to acquire new subscribers, increase lifetime value and create engaging customer relationship funnels. 

Main Accountabilities include:

  • Manage the teams performance in line with agreed KPIs
  • Own the Email Marketing road map and ensure technical resources are always available when required
  • Create business case documents for new initiatives
  • Review, feedback and sign off on design mockups in line with guidelines
  • Report on campaign performance month on month and provide compelling insights and action orientated recommendations 
  • Liaise with the wider business to optimise user journey experiences
  • Ensure processes within the team are efficient and followed 
  • Map out and keep updated customer journey/ flows
