We are looking for a talented and creative graphic designer to join our marketing team in Japan. Key Responsibilities: 主な担当業務：
- Collaborate with local and global marketing teams to develop creative concepts and designs that align with our brand and marketing objectives. ローカルおよびグローバルのマーケティングチームと協力し、当社のブランドおよびマーケティング目標に沿ったクリエイティブなコンセプトやデザインを制作する。
- Localise global materials to Japanese market needs and requirements. 日本市場のニーズや要件に合わせてグローバルな素材をローカライズする。
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our email campaigns and e-CRM materials are fresh and innovative. Eメールキャンペーンやe-CRM素材が新鮮で革新的なものになるよう、最新のデザイントレンドやテクニックを常に把握する。
Requirements:条件：
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience within both print and digital areas. 物理とデジタルの両分野における、あなたのデザインスキルと経験の把握できる力強いポートフォリオ。
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines. 細部に注意を払い、厳しい納期にも対応できる能力。
- Japanese language proficiency: native or JLPT Lvl 1. 日本語能力：母国語またはJLPT（日本語能力試験）1級
- Fluency in English. 流暢な英語
