Are you an experienced Head of Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, or Social Impact who is looking for a new challenge? Do you want to use your expertise to set the Social Responsibility and Sustainability agenda and strategy for Games Workshop worldwide?
This is a brand new role for Games Workshop and it is an exciting time to join. As we continue to grow we want to ensure our growth is based upon sustainable and responsible foundations, and that we continue to operate this way forever.
You will be responsible for setting the strategies for our Social Responsibility and Sustainability Programme, designing and delivering appropriate measures and controls across the business across a wide range of environmental and social subjects, tracking and reporting on our progress and performance, and ensuring that we communicate clearly and effectively with our customers, staff and shareholders across a range of important subjects. This is a senior role reporting into our General Counsel, acting as an integral member of the operational executive team, working closely with our CEO and CFO. You will have the opportunity to build a team from day one in the job.
You will have a proven track record of driving change in previous businesses and working effectively at both a strategic and operational level. You will have a strong understanding of corporate responsibility and wider social and environmental issues, as well as a good understanding of corporate governance and risk frameworks.
This is a demanding role and we need someone who is enthusiastic about every part of it. Your strong leadership skills and experience in social responsibility and sustainability alongside your excellent organisational skills will enable you to be successful in this role.
