An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety Coordinator to join the team based at Lenton, our main site, which is home to manufacturing, logistics, design studios, offices and all the support functions required to keep a site like that running. It is a truly diverse and unique place to work.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Health and Safety Team – with key responsibilities including; –

  • Assisting the H&S Team with the management of the systems used (incident reporting, audit tracking etc) 
  • Processing of incident workflow management 
  • Collation of data to assist with the production of management summaries and briefings 
  • Creation of training content
  • Coordinating and liaison between the H&S and operational teams across site to ensure that departmental objectives are met

You will need to be organised, pragmatic and systematic in your approach, with a great attention to detail. Also, on a site as diverse as Lenton it will be essential that you are also adaptable to change as and when the situation requires it.

The Coordinator appointed to this role will work closely with our existing team, and as such would be perfect for someone starting out in their career in Health and Safety. Formal H&S qualifications are not required as training will be given
