About the Job

Do you want to be part of our Global Service Desk Team that is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective support of our IT systems and services?

Are you excited to work collaboratively with all areas of the business to provide IT support and resolutions?

Working in a small, experienced team, you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd line incident management and resolution, problem-solving and request fulfilment within a global team working to agreed SLAs.  You will take pride in resolving issues promptly whilst remaining calm and professional.

This role will involve supporting end user client devices, hardware break-fix & printers, and software / application troubleshooting.  Your strong customer focus, great communication skills and previous service desk experience will be key for this role.

We know what makes this job hard is managing customer expectations whilst ensuring you deliver an efficient and effective service.  For the right person though, this will be a challenge to be relished.

Other Essential Information

Essential Skills: Working knowledge of the following technologies; Active Directory, file folder and access management, Microsoft Windows clients, Office, VPN and remote support.

Desirable Skills: An understanding of ITIL framework.  An appreciation of the following systems and software would be an advantage – Mac OSX, Cisco Call Manager, Adobe CC Suite support and administration, GSuite administration, MDT, and Jamf. However this is not essential as training will be provided.

Contract Duration: This is a fixed term contract for the duration of 12 months.
