Naturally creative and an excellent communicator, you will be regularly creating content based on understanding our people’s needs and ensuring that everyone has a positive and supportive learning and development experience, from induction to personal and skills development, and management training.

You will need to be truly passionate about design and delivery as you will be constantly writing and delivering learning solutions to suit the different development needs of all of our people and delivering it in a timely manner. You will be able to quickly assess and gain requirements and create relevant content for anything from an accessible digital learning experience via our LMS system to highly specific solutions for a much smaller audience. You will play a pivotal role in partnering with external providers where required and ensure that any training support meets the standards and service level agreed by Games Workshop

The right person will also have a demonstrable background in blended learning with previous background using multiple Learning Management Systems and management of associated administrative tasks.  

This is a hands on role in a small team with lots of different areas of the business to cover so you need to be ego free and happy to get involved in all tasks from facilitation to LMS system administration. You will have a proficiency in reporting ensuring data generated is used to make insightful decisions.

You will need to be really experienced in both design and delivery and the ideal candidates will come from a similar role and bring with you lots of learning knowledge and a positive attitude to your workload. You will already be experienced in a range of learning management systems and be able to demonstrate how you design for various platforms.
