Do you have a meticulous eye for detail and a drive for ever-improving quality?
Working within the Miniatures Design Studio as part of the Miniatures Support Technician team you will be responsible for digitally preparing and printing 3D prints of miniatures throughout the design process. This will include using a variety of specialist software and 3D printing equipment. You will also be responsible for making silicone moulds and casting 1:1 resin miniatures to ensure all products are ready for handover to manufacture on time.
To achieve this you will need to be able to diligently follow processes, whilst continually looking for and taking opportunities to make improvements to deliver the highest quality. You will need to be able to respond positively to change and work collaboratively with and through others, being able to positively deliver and receive feedback.
We know what makes this hard is producing everything to a consistently high quality while making sure that every project is delivered to plan.
The ideal candidate will:
- Display a proactive, problem solving mentality and never give up until the project has been delivered to the highest quality.
- Be able to work collaboratively, giving and receiving positive and professional feedback to ensure our quality standards are met every time.
- React quickly and positively to changes in the plan.
It would support your application if you:
- Have experience using 3D Printing support software and operating 3D Printers
- Have experience creating silicone moulds and resin casting.
