About the Job

Do you want to lead a team of designers in our Specialist Design Studio responsible for designing & producing models that will be turned into new products?

Are you excited by the opportunity to develop an idea from concept to finished product in a creative and collaborative environment?

As Model Designer Content Lead, you will be responsible for turning ideas into valuable products, ensuring the creation of exciting new plastic models that are complementary and consistent with Games Workshop’s intellectual property.  You will need to ensure designs (both your own and those of your team) are completed to a given brief, are finished on time and to the highest quality.  You will be turning designs into products that can be easily reproduced by manufacturing.

Another key part of this role is being responsible for undertaking project debriefs and attending weekly management team meetings to ensure that all stakeholders are kept updated on the status of projects at all times.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for an enthusiastic design lead that can realise ideas using digital design software such as Freeform.  Knowledge of the production process of making plastic miniatures and detailed knowledge of Games Workshop’s intellectual property is key for this role.  You will be able to demonstrate an innovative approach, identifying and implementing new ideas and efficiencies.

You may already have leadership experience or be looking to develop these skills in your next role.
