We are looking for a Support Technician with 3+ years of experience in an enterprise setting and a broad IT skillset to join our team in Memphis, TN.

* Clear, professional written and verbal communication with users, teammates, and management
* Outstanding customer service, even in high-pressure situations
* Eagerness to learn and adopt new technologies and solutions alongside the patience to maintain and support legacy technology
* High standard of work output and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and follow established processes while continually looking for improvements
* Advanced technical knowledge in a wide variety of areas including but not limited to printing solutions, Windows 11, PC and Mac support, Google Suite, and ePOS systems
Responsibilities:
* Utilize a complex ticketing system to resolve advanced technical issues and customer requests, adhering to service level agreements
* Document and update standard operating procedures for various processes and technologies
* Configure and deploy system accounts and hardware
*Collaborate with the team or work independently to complete projects and implement changes on time
* Provide guidance and training to Tier I teammates as needed
You should be objective, analytical, and able to see problems in their broader context, with the ability to research and present solutions clearly.
