We are looking for a tier 2 Support Technician with 3-5 years experience in an enterprise environment and a diverse IT skillset to join our existing team in Memphis, TN. You will need to operate professionally and efficiently within a small team environment while also having the skills to plan and execute your work independently when required. You’ll need to exhibit:

You will need to be both objective and analytical, seeing all problems in context while having the ability to research and communicate available solutions clearly.

• Advanced technical knowledge

• Excellent written and verbal communication with end users, teammates, and line management
• Outstanding customer service, even while under pressure
• A desire to research and learn new technologies and solutions that fit within GW architectural standards
• A high standard of incident management
• The ability to operate consistently with speed of response, prioritizing work activities while seeking opportunities for continuous improvement

Your day to day responsibilities will include:
• Utilizing ticketing software to resolve highly technical incidents and customer requests as effectively as possible within agreed service levels
• Documenting and updating standard operating procedures for processes and technologies
• Configuring and deploying system accounts and hardware
• Working as part of a team or individually to plan and complete projects and implement changes on time
• Offering guidance to Tier I teammates as needed
