You will be working in the state-of-the-art Memphis facility to ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in full. The Memphis distribution center is a fully climate controlled environment. Receiving, Sorting, Stacking, as well as picking, packing, and shipping customer orders to the highest standards will fill the vast majority of your work day.

Additionally, we want all staff to be engaged, present ideas on how we can improve what we do and how we do it, and therefore you will be involved in the continuous improvement process, actively contributing suggestions and helping to implement solutions.

Doing all of this in a safe environment is essential – ensuring that all best practices and Health and Safety policies are adhered to is also your responsibility.

Key responsibilities will include:

Required to lift (up to) 40lbs repetitively

Load, unload, unstack, and sort inventory from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas, and production areas.

Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, loading, and securing product using RF devices, robotics, and other state-of-the-art technology.

Ensure all incoming deliveries match the company purchase order.

Store cargo in assigned locations using cargo boards and pallets into inventory by identifying, cataloging, and recording the location of inventory.

Comply with all safety and health regulations.

Other Responsibilities Information:

Excellent physical fitness with the ability to lift up to a maximum of 40 pounds.

Availability to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.

Outstanding organizational and communication skills. 2nd shift hours are 2:30pm – 11:00pm CST Monday – Friday
