About the Job

Do you want to develop and implement our global reward and recognition strategy?
Are you excited by ensuring people are rewarded fairly across a global business?

You will be developing and agreeing our pay principles, structure and processes, and our benefits offer. You will undertake appropriate analysis of employee data and modelling work and use insights in the development of our reward packages.

You will lead a communications plan to ensure all employees are fully briefed on their pay and how their contribution links to what rewards they receive, as well as, advising managers on all reward and recognition plans.
We know it is challenging to agree a fair and sustainable pay and benefits package for all our people across the globe but this is what makes the job exciting and fulfilling for the right person.
