This is an exciting role for an experienced HR professional to support a successful global business in meeting its legal obligations.
You will be a team player with the ability to deliver work independently and at pace as well as be able to demonstrate experience of coordinating compliance and audit related projects and activities such as Safeguarding, Immigration, Policy and Contract reviews. You will be collaborative and communicative in your approach to support the team and the wider business, taking time to understand what is needed and plan an appropriate approach to this.
You will be meticulous in your approach to the tasks at hand, showing great attention to detail, ensuring everything is up to date and where it should be whilst always striving to improve and develop our HR processes and activities.
