You will be working with managers globally, in all areas of the business ensuring they have robust people plans which will be used to inform training and development solutions for our people, as well as the global recruitment strategy, implemented by our recruitment teams.
You will be responsible for ensuring internal and external talent pools are managed according to business needs and encouraging people to achieve their potential.
