About the Job

Do you want to support Black Library by ensuring that our products are delivered at the right time and specification, supporting our continued growth within Games Workshop?

Are you approachable and interested in building working relationships? Can you set our talented team up for success by delivering fast and accurate information that they can trust?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator. This role will see you meet the scheduling and capacity-planning needs of our team as we produce our tie-in fiction books, eBooks, audiobooks, and merchandise. You will also handle information about specifications, and coordinate the approval of product samples.

Strong planning and communication skills will be key in this role because you will be responsible for scheduling every task that over 40 colleagues undertake each day. You’ll need to ensure that the deadlines you set our team match with our critical paths, but also result in balanced individual and collective workloads. You’ll do this by meticulously planning, capturing, maintaining, and reporting information about project status to the Data and Planning Manager. We’ll also look to you to collect and provide specification information to our colleagues in the Buying Team, and produce templated profit and loss calculations for authorisation. You’ll also be responsible for coordinating the approval of the dozens of product samples that arrive at our office each week.

We know that what makes this job hard will be maintaining focus and accuracy under pressure, but if you enjoy using your initiative to prioritise and problem-solve, and thrive on working autonomously, apply today!

The Warhammer World site is based just outside of Nottingham city centre and benefits from a nearby tram stop and free onsite car parking.

In return for your hard work, you will receive 33 days holiday per year (including public holidays), matching contributory pension scheme up to 7.5%, profit share bonus (subject to GW meeting profit targets) and option to join our Share Save scheme.  Oh and let’s not forget, a staff discount of between 25% and 50% on our products!
