Do you want to help support Games Workshop make sure our retail training plans are well organized?
Are you excited by the challenge of coordinating all of our training processes in North America as well as Asia?
We’re looking for someone who can support our training team with making sure every new staff member who joins our team feels welcomed and greatly supported. You will need to be able to clearly communicate with the trainers as well as the hiring manager to ensure a smooth process for each person involved.
Three times a year we will have between 20 and 200 retail store managers attending in person gatherings for training. It will fall to this person to coordinate these gatherings to ensure a top notch experience.
This job involves some very long days but you still have to be able to ensure that all documentation is clearly filled out and completed.

Responsibilities:
*Schedule initial training for new hires, ensuring all resources, log ins, and accounts are in place for a smooth initial start for a new staff member.
*Have up to date plans for all training. Staying on top of timelines to ensure stakeholders are informed and team members have completed their responsibilities on time.
*Maintain an inventory list for resources we currently have for in person trainings.
*Create Schedules for in person trainings for attendees, facilitators, and other support staff.
*Have a timeline for creation/collection of resources needed for all training and development.
*Maintain records of completed training, having a system set up to quickly reference and ensure proper documentation is taking place.
*Run meetings and document key notes from those meetings to ensure clear action points are laid out and communicated.
*Administer and Maintain training documents in Google Drive.
*Administer and Maintain our Learning Management System.
