About the Job
Do you have what it takes to create, and drive new retail initiatives and innovative events for our North American retail chain? Are you excited by the idea of finding new ways to get more customers to be aware of our expanding hobby?
We’re looking for someone who enjoys long term planning. Someone who is always looking for great ways to expand our hobby and can then keep all the moving pieces organized in order to make those ideas a reality. It will be essential to be able to assess these ideas and plans to ensure the most effective initiatives are the ones we move forward.
You will be responsible for managing a team of individuals who are all working to expand our hobby through marketing efforts and exciting programs. In addition to your own team, you will be working closely with the greater North American retail team as well as many people in the Nottingham office in the UK. It will be vital to be able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders to effectively execute these initiatives.
