About the Job
Do you want to be part of our North America and Asia Retail Team that is responsible for monitoring our retail processes and providing support to our amazing store managers? Are you excited by the thought of analyzing data and using critical thinking in the analysis?
We are seeking an organized individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that retail support operations are carried out to agreed standards, with careful attention to detail and effective coordination with key stakeholders. You will need to be able to effectively communicate with staff at all levels from different departments and countries.
As a retail support specialist, being organized and thorough is a must. You will work with various teams on a daily basis, so communicating and providing great customer service under pressure is important.
Our Retail Support Specialist will monitor our retail policies and procedures and get in touch with appropriate parties if discrepancies are found. They will update those procedures to ensure accuracy. They will administer our internal software systems. They will perform audits as well.
When it comes to credit card machines, Clover, they will administer, troubleshoot, and be the first point of contact for support. They will track weekly reports on cash as well as credit cards. Lastly, they will use their administrative skills to maintain and support our Warhammer School Club Program.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:
We are looking for someone with experience working in customer service. It would be ideal to have experience working with spreadsheets and databases.
Skills in Data Analysis, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, and Communication will be essential to being successful in this job.
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
While not essential a background or knowledge in Bookkeeping or Accounting would be helpful. The same could be said for Auditing.
This is an in office position based in our office in Grapevine, TX.
