Do you enjoy working with the operational challenges that are needed to support Retail; maintaining existing functions and compliance while providing bespoke solutions for individual stores when required?
You will be responsible for and expected to make all the necessary operational and financial decisions where a retail store is unstaffed or in transition between managers. It is important that you keep up to date with all administrative procedures, informing necessary departments of any change, and clearly communicating your plan to the Retail Manager.
You will be expected to set stores to an agreed standard (re-merchandising, PoS and presentation) for all store managers, including managing social media.
You will also be responsible for checking and monitoring territory operational information such as daily polling and IT issues, staff holidays, and managing costs where appropriate, such as Key Timers annual budgets, monthly overtime claims, and informing the Retail Manager of any significant issues.
It will be crucial to maintain your attention to detail, whilst reacting to the ever-changing environment. Due to the nature of this job it also involves considerable travel around Europe and staying away at short notice, which means balancing your operational duties, being flexible and responding to issues that arise.

Other Essential Information
This is a highly demanding role and it requires a lot of travel, occasionally on a short notice, across a wide area across Europe.
You will be travelling to Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Holland, Flanders, Poland, Italy and Spain (An Area we call ROE – Rest Of Europe)
