About the Job

Do you want to manage a Plastics Packaging department that produces the best fantasy miniatures in the world?

Are you excited by building great teams and robust processes, continually supporting and improving them to ensure all future challenges are met?

This is a hands-on role, as you will be supporting your teams directly from the shop floor. You will be responsible for managing the teams that pack Games Workshops plastic miniatures and components that are delivered on time to the highest quality – this is over 4 million miniatures and components a month. Using stock management systems to monitor and help deliver the required quantities at the right time.

You will be delivering products to the highest quality in a fast paced, production environment, so you’ll relish working with the team to solve the production challenges as they arise. Because quality is so important to Games Workshop, you’ll need to be able to make tough decisions when called upon to do so.

Your previous management experience will help you as we know it’s hard to consistently package, defect free, high quality complex miniatures efficiently. You will need to be the type of person who has a thirst and desire to accept nothing less than the best. You will always ensure that best practice and Health and Safety policies are in place and adhered to.

Internally, this role is called Cell Manager.

This role is a fixed PM shift.
