We are looking for someone to be an instrumental part of our fast paced Digital Software Engineering department, responsible for managing our digital IT schedules, administration and communications,  ensuring our customers have a first class experience everyday.

In this role you will be responsible for coordinating inter-departmental requests to and from the customer technology team; such as requesting assets, ensuring target dates are met.  You will ensure technology teams are keeping schedules and roadmap content up-to-date and also support additional tasks, such as raising operational resource requirements.

You will contribute to the production of reports and gathering supporting data/information, whilst ensuring that they are distributed on time to business stakeholders or the wider Digital and Community team.

General administration tasks such as ensuring team calendars are kept up to date and supporting managers or business owners with their resource planning will be part of the day job.

Skills, knowledge and experience required:

  • Proven experience in a project/support coordinator or scheduler role within an IT/ Technology team.
  • Use of Microsoft Project or Cloud scheduling/ collaboration tools would be a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrable experience with ensuring multiple teams and its members keep plans/calendars up to date.
  • A fundamental understanding of IT/Technology and the associated roles that are required to deliver and support such functions.
  • An ability to provide timely succinct communications across multiple teams and business owners/stakeholders.
  • Understanding of how technology projects are delivered.
  • Ability to accurately follow Standard Operating Procedures.
  • A strong communicator with excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Adaptable to change and able to work well under pressure.
