Do you want to be responsible for driving sales growth by empowering a team of high-performing individuals to expand Games Workshop’s network of trading partners across Europe?

Are you great at identifying talent and devising effective development plans to unlock individuals’ full potential? Are you passionate about influencing and managing people to achieve targets?

Games Workshop is one of the largest toy and game manufacturers in the world! Last year we had record sales of more than half a billion Euro and we’re still growing! As we continue to expand, we’re on the lookout for an outstanding people manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

In this role, you will guide a multilingual team of account managers to grow our European business according to our strategic vision, both now and in the future. You’ll create an environment where the team can thrive, constantly coaching and training to ensure peak performance. With your guidance, we’ll maintain the highest standards, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at all times. Your excellent communication skills will be pivotal in driving collaboration with our team, colleagues, and key partners to help propel our business forward.

We understand that the real challenge lies in ensuring every member of the sales team consistently meets targets, both now and in the future. Success in this position relies on maintaining focus on the team and its goals, offering support and constructive feedback, and skillfully influencing others. You will possess excellent people management abilities, and be experienced in building high performing teams whilst collaborating with your peers. Doing this consistently is tough, and only those people who relish this kind of challenge will be successful.
