Games Workshop Trade Support Manager

We are currently hiring for a Trade Support Manager for our North American sales operation based in Memphis Tennessee, to assist our ongoing Trade business expansion across Canada and the US.

Reporting directly to senior Trade Management, as Support Manager, your role will be to assist the North American sales team as they continue to grow our business to business operation across the US and Canada, in addition to getting involved in our substantial operations across Europe and Asia. You’ll enable our sales people to maximise revenue generating opportunities and ensure smooth supply and marketing support for their efforts. In addition you’ll need to ensure our business operations are efficiently meeting our obligations requirements across the necessary financial, technical and legal fields, working collaboratively with other areas of the business to ensure objectives are met. There will be times when you’ll be required to extend this work beyond North America, to assist your colleagues in other global territories.

Day to day you will be working with your team to ensure the sales team can achieve its sales growth objectives, ensuring their support needs and the department’s obligations to continue sustainable sales growth are in place. You’ll be able to juggle multiple conflicting priorities, keep internal and external stakeholders on side and do all this with a cheerful demeanor.

The right person for this role will be organized and analytical by nature and have experience of working in a sales environment so you understand revenue, profit, margins and commercial contracts. You will also be an experienced manager (2yrs) who can support people to achieve demanding targets.

Success in this job relies on staying focused on the goal, staying firm to the aim of the company, and influencing and managing internal and external individuals to achieve success. If doing this consistently tough task appeals, we want to hear from you!
