Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking to make an impact within a global organisation?
We’re looking for a proactive and driven HR Partner to join our Tokyo-based teams at our regional office. In this role, you’ll work closely with managers to align their people plans with our overall people strategy, supporting the current and future needs of the business. You’ll build strong, trusted relationships and help shape a positive and collaborative culture.
You will be a practical HR generalist and have strong knowledge of Japanese labor law, and champion best practices. You will be expected to provide timely and accurate guidance to managers on employee relations issues and performance support while ensuring we remain compliant.
From day-to-day HR operations and advising employees, to ensuring policies are compliant and fit for purpose, you’ll play a key role in keeping our people processes running smoothly. You will be organised and able to manage a range of tasks, including coordinating benefits and wellbeing initiatives, supporting payroll for Japan, and taking the lead as our Safeguarding Officer.
You will either be fluent or native Japanese for this position.
