Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking to make an impact within a global organization here in Japan?
We are looking for a People Partner to support our Tokyo-based teams, specifically in our Marketing/Creative Media departments and Head Office functions such as Finance and IT. You will collaborate closely with local and regional managers to influence business strategy and ensure effective implementation from a people perspective.
This is a hands-on HR generalist role that requires strong knowledge of Japanese labor law and HR best practices. You will be expected to provide timely and accurate guidance to managers and employees, supporting topics such as employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational change.
Success in this role will come from building trusted partnerships, offering practical HR solutions, and providing proactive advice that balances local legal requirements with Games Workshop’s business objectives.
*Must Speak Fluent and or Native Japanese for this position.
