About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and dynamic Building Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our property portfolio in Europe. This role, based in Dusseldorf – Germany, is instrumental in minimising risk, fostering excellent landlord relationships, and maintaining compliance across all Warhammer stores in Europe.

As a Building Specialist, you will consistently make sure the job is done down to the last detail. You will oversee and optimise lease agreements, identify new store locations, and enhance existing ones. Managing shopfitting budgets, negotiating costs, and building strong networks with third party service suppliers, means you will always be striving to understand the business needs, and plan accordingly.
Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams and ensure all Warhammer stores meet Health & Safety standards and comply with local regulations. You will also be responsible for fitting out and maintaining stores to our agreed layout and quality whilst making sure we are within budget and on time (for example new store openings, relocation, and store audits).
Fluency in German and English are essential and any other European languages would be beneficial. The successful candidate will also have the ability to drive.

Location: The successful candidate will operate from our office in Dusseldorf, Germany with frequent travel around Continental Europe. This role is a full time position.
