Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and engaging Czech speaking Sales Development Representative to join our B2B Sales team in Barcelona. If you thrive in B2B sales, enjoy prospecting and speaking to new people everyday, and have the persistence to convert leads into long term business partners, then we’d love to hear from you!
In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating leads, managing a pipeline and proactively engaging with potential retailers through cold calling and outbound sales to introduce them to the exciting worlds of Warhammer. Being a natural communicator, you’ll build trust, handle objections with ease, and tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each business partner, ensuring they understand how partnering with us can help drive their success.
Self-motivation is essential. You need to take the initiative to drive your success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, ensuring it is in line with the trade strategy globally. Every call will be different, and your resilience and adaptability will ensure you push through, even in the face of rejection. While previous experience in sales is beneficial, your drive, determination, and enthusiasm for the role are what matter most.

The offer:
- Salary: 40,600€ OTE (35,000€ basic + commission)
- Benefits: 23 days of holiday + 12 public holidays (with the opportunity to gain extra four days holiday per year), company pension scheme of 4% of salary, profit share bonus, share save scheme and 25% to 50% discount on our products.
- Relocation support is offered.
The Job:
- Language ability: Full business proficiency in Czech plus a fluent level of English is essential for this job.
- Location: This is a full-time office role, based at our office in Barcelona.
- Education: One form of higher-level education must have been completed to be considered for this role.
