Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-driven Sales Support Manager to join our European Trade Team in Barcelona. If you’re passionate about aligning operations with strategy and optimising systems to improve sales team effectiveness, then this could be the perfect role for you!
In this role, you’ll coach, lead and inspire a small operational support team, ensuring all systems and processes are fit for purpose, effectively implemented and performing within the agreed parameters. With your forward-thinking and continuous improvement mindset, you’ll ensure all new systems and processes boost sales effectiveness and are implemented without impacting the sales team’s day-to-day sales performance.
Highly collaborative and thorough, this role will see you working closely with the Head of European Trade, Trade Sales Managers and cross-functionally with multiple departments to ensure Trade Terms are accurate, and in place, inline with our Trade guidelines and strategy. We’ll look to you to make sure all required data and information is provided by the support team, in order to support business decision making and allow the Trade department to function effectively.

With your guidance, we’ll maintain the highest standards, ensuring the right people are in the right roles at all times. Your excellent communication skills will be pivotal in driving collaboration across the Trade Team and key partners to help propel Games Workshop forward.
Demonstrable experience in a Sales Operational Support role is desirable.

Location: This is a full-time office role, based at our office in Barcelona.
Language: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for this job. Fluency in any additional languages would be advantageous.
