CAREERS IN RETAIL & WEBSTORE

Our retail staff are the heart of local Warhammer communities.

Games Workshop and Warhammer stores are a different kind of shop – serving as hobby centres and gateways to the worlds of Warhammer. Our retail staff are the cheerful front line, a knowledgeable first point of contact for new and old fans alike. It’s their job to introduce people to our hobby and help them fulfil their Warhammer aspirations. If you’re passionate about championing the Warhammer hobby in your local town or city, a career in Games Workshop retail beckons.

SEARCH DEPARTMENTS

Our retail staff are the champions of Games Workshop in their area, characterised by friendliness, drive and a genuine desire to learn and develop. Store Managers and Sales Assistants are charged with introducing new people to the Warhammer hobby and supporting them from their first model to having a mighty army.

The Retail Support team is there to support our store managers to make sure their stores run without a hitch. Comprised of consultants, trainers, recruiters and more, the team is a diverse bunch of talented experts. Thanks to them, wherever our store managers are, they work with the confidence that there’s a world-class team behind them.

The Webstore team are the stewards of the largest Warhammer shop in the world – games-workshop.com. This team is also responsible for all online sales of our Forge World and Black Library brands through various websites, native apps, and a growing number of third party channels. They might not sell to our customers in person, but they still show the same passion for introducing hobbyists to Warhammer as our store managers and are always looking for creative ways to show off our products.
