SEARCH DEPARTMENTS
Via our modern kitchen, the Catering team feeds hundreds of staff and customers on a daily basis. At our busy staff canteen, and the world-renowned Bugman’s Bar, they serve everything from healthy salads and sandwiches to the infamous Bugman’s Ogre Burger. This provides varied culinary challenges, and our team is characterised by teamwork, imagination and impeccable organisation.
The Executive and Admin Support teams work across the entire company to make sure things at Games Workshop run smoothly. Collaborating with the board and the rest of our executive staff, they’re friendly, incredibly well organised and resilient to change, helping to tie the company together and making it easier for us to accomplish our goals.
The Finance team ensures the integrity and accuracy of our accounting records, making sure we pay our bills on time and collect monies owed. This team works with our partners to make sure we have clear and concise financial contracts, and great relationships with other businesses. Staff here are tenacious, resourceful and have excellent attention to detail.
The Health & Safety team ensures that Games Workshop is a secure environment for our staff to work in. Their role is varied, allowing them to interact with people across our business – one day, they might be checking on factory standards, while on another, they’ll be making sure our yearly Family Fun Day is safe for everyone attending.
Employing the best people and looking after them is at the core of Games Workshop’s ethos. Our HR & Payroll teams ensure that all staff work in a friendly, supportive environment, and – importantly – are paid on time! Supporting our global business presents them with no end of unique challenges and all team members are encouraged to develop their own knowledge and areas of expertise.
Our in-house Legal team undertakes an extremely diverse range of work. From global rights management to local property cases, the team operates with a clear top-down view of the company and works in partnership with external experts to achieve great results.
The Licensing team are always looking for new ways to bring the worlds of Warhammer to life. Partnering with external creative teams, they help deliver video games, merchandise, and more. The members of this team are great communicators and collaborators, and work to ensure that our intellectual property is appropriately represented wherever it appears.
“Right product, right place, right time” is the mantra of our Merchandising team. By combining data and insight, they decide what product goes in what store and how it’s displayed. From our smallest outposts to our flagships stores, they ensure that the Warhammer range is tailored for local customers. If you’re comfortable with data, can use it intelligently, and are able to apply good judgement, we’ve a place for you on the team.
The Procurement team source and manage Goods Not For Resale at Games Workshop. As a vertically integrated company, Procurement here is diverse and our supplier base is huge, with staff needing the skills to manage both the day-to-day while keeping an eye on a sustainable future for the company.
The Projects team works alongside management to make sure we accomplish our business goals. Members of the team are great planners and organisers while possessing the people skills to build relationships with a wide range of individuals across the business and motivate them to work together towards a common goal.
The Site Services team make sure our offices are great places to work. Always friendly, the team covers a wide variety of roles including security, engineering and cleaning services. Committed to delivering continuous improvement and building great working relationships, the members of this team are skilled and self-reliant.
The Training team are collectively known as the Academy, and their job is to help the rest of our staff grow and understand themselves. As such, members of this team are sociable, empathetic and capable of talking to a wide variety of people from a wide variety of backgrounds.
