Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity to join our Italian Translation team to deliver marketing materials to the highest quality and on time.
You will be part of a team that delivers all Games Workshop Italian translations to a high-quality and consistent manner, including no spelling errors, and the correct use of grammar. We’re looking for someone who will actively research and engage with colleagues to get the best understanding of Games Workshop’s background, style, and tone and then implement that through translation from English to Italian.
You will be able to work at pace and have great attention to detail. We will look to you to ensure your translations are appropriate for Games Workshop’s IP so this role would ideally suit someone with knowledge of our hobby. We’ll look to you to manage your workload to ensure that your translations are of the best quality and delivered on time. Experience in using InDesign would be beneficial. You will be part of a team that delivers all Games Workshop Italian translation needs to a high quality and consistent manner.
To be successful in this role you will be able to communicate fluently in Italian, and ideally, you will hold a translation degree or have demonstrable translation experience in a work environment. You will be responsible for producing and maintaining a glossary of translated terms to create a shared vocabulary and will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, whilst clearly communicating any issues promptly and suggesting solutions for any delivery issues.

Home-based: The expectation of this position is that you will work from home. Games Workshop will provide you with the necessary equipment.
