About the Job
Do you want to deliver effective training to help our store managers run successful Warhammer stores in Japan? Are you excited by the challenge of delivering our training programs to store managers?
You will be training our store managers on a wide range of topics that will support them through their first few months with Games Workshop, to enable them to manage their stores effectively, recruit new customers and to grow their sales.
You will also be providing continuous training to all of our managers. You will be writing and producing training materials and coordinating training. You will need to communicate the material clearly and facilitate learning, identifying the needs of the participants, and be able to reinforce the messages.
This is a demanding job that involves running regular training to store managers in an effective and engaging way. You will be a point of contact for advice and support while they are starting the job. You may need to travel to the stores to deliver training when needed. The ability to stay focused on the job in an environment where you will be juggling multiple tasks will be crucial, but the right person will be up for this challenge.

Responsibilities:
In this job you will be delivering training with our store managers online and in person. You will need to identify training needs and develop effective training to address those needs. You may need to liaise with internal teams locally and internationally. It will be important to provide all necessary retail training manuals(online and physical) in the language for all existing and incoming managers.

This job will be located in a variety of places. Some in office work, some training done in stores and some work from home.
This job will begin in June of 2025.
