Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a friendly and proactive Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to join our North American People Team at our Memphis, TN office. If you want to be a welcoming face of our People Team, collaborate to resolve day-to-day benefits and payroll inquiries, and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional support to our employees across North America, then this could be the perfect role for you.

Passionate about relationship building and helping others, you’ll be responsible for coordinating weekly and biweekly payroll processing, doing so accurately, confidently, and on time. As a knowledgeable, detail-oriented professional, you will review and verify all payroll data and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. You will also help build team morale, promote corporate culture, and serve as a point of contact for payroll and benefits-related inquiries from employees and external vendors/service providers.

Collaborative and articulate, you will monitor, maintain, support, administer, and communicate our employee benefits programs, including our health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits offered. Taking a proactive and resourceful approach, you will coordinate annual open enrollment, assist employees with benefits selections, work closely with all members of staff and leadership to implement changes to benefits and payroll, and assist with all onboarding and terminations. Your approachable attitude will be key as you provide outstanding service to all employees, build reports to government agencies, assist with internal and external audits, and respond to any inquiries from regulatory agencies, ensuring all parts of our company comply with all applicable HIPAA policies, while applying continuous improvements to the way things are done.

To be successful in this role, you will need substantial on-the-job HR, payroll, and benefits experience, working with U.S. and Canadian clients using Dayforce/Ceridian. The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality to handle sensitive information while professionally working and supporting a diverse, fast-paced workforce.  Experience and commitment to supporting remote and in-office teams and clients would require high initiative, strong verbal and written communication skills, integrity, a strong work ethic, time management, and detailed organizational skills. A proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Suite will also be key to your success.  Being bilingual (Spanish and English) would be a bonus!
