Games Workshop has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and engaging Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Warhammer World. If you enjoy creating memorable customer experiences, coaching and supporting staff, and bringing energy to the very best of the Warhammer hobby, this could be the ideal role for you.
You’ll support the Store Manager in running the store at Warhammer World, the home of the Warhammer hobby and a destination for customers from across the world. You’ll help welcome visitors into the worlds of Warhammer, provide hands-on hobby guidance, and create a fun, engaging and inspiring environment for every customer, whether they are new to the hobby or already passionate collectors, painters and gamers.
Leadership and teamwork will be key to your success. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to support decisions that contribute to the success and growth of the store, while helping the team deliver high standards every day. By leading by example, coaching others and bringing energy to the shop floor, you’ll play an important part in turning every customer interaction into a positive and memorable experience.
